HARRY TATE Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright LONDON, February 14. (Received February 15, at 11 a.mA The death has occurred of Harry Tate, the well-known variety artist; aged 67 years. Ho made his first appearance on the stage in 1895, and scored an instantaneous success. He subsequeaty appeared in many revues and variety hall sketches, and also in a number of films. His real name was Ronald Macdonald Hutchison, his stage name being taken from that of Henry Tate and Sons, a sugar refining firm by which he was onco employed.
