ASHMORE.—On February 15th, 1940, at Dunedin, John U., beiovetl husband oi the late Mary Ashmore, 4 Greenock street, Roslyn; m his 84tli year. “ With Jesus, widen is far better.” —The Funeral will leave the Salvation Army Hall, 009 Highgate, Roslyn, To-morrow (Friday), the loth mst., at 2.50 p.m. (service at 2.1 a p.m.), for the Anderson’s Lay Cemetery.—Hope and Kmastou, funeral directors. BELCHER. —On February 15th, 1940, at Dunedin, Janet, beloved wife of the late Walter Belcher,' 13 Bathgate road, formerly of Oamaru; aged 8a years.
