PROPOSED PROGRAMME SUPPLY BILL SUBMITTED Press Association—By Telegraph—Coypright WASHINGTON, February 14. (Received February 15, at 8 a.m.) The Naval Affairs Committee has submitted for consideration by the House of Representatives the 1941 Navy Supply Bill, totalling 966,722,000d01, which is 51,412,000d0l above the 1940 total, but 111,699,000d0l under the Budget estimates. The Bill includes funds to start 19 warships, complete 97 already under construction, and start 362 aeroplanes, with 1,000,000d0l to improve the barbout facilities at Guam.
