PETITIONS IN DIVORCE A number of undefended petitions i* divorce were dealt with by Mr Jus'tic* Kennedy in the Supreme Court to-day,' Decrees nisi were granted in the foU lowing cases:—Ethel May Fox (Mr O. G. Stevens) against Charles Jamei Fox, on the ground of separation; Charles Wilfred Gray (Mr D. Solomon) against Mary Ann Gray (Mr M, Hauan), separation; Amos Thomas Hall (Mr 0. G. Stevens) against Lorn* Beryl Hall (Mr R. W, Frapwell), separation; John Nicolson (Mr. G. M, Lloyd) against Myrtle Pretoria NicoU son, separation; May M'Kenzie (Mr R. W. Frapwell) against Mervyn Jaraet John M'Kenzie, separation; Frank George Jones (Mr J. W. Taylor) against Caroline Jones, and, Albert Thompson, co-respondent, on the ground or adultery: Zelma Eva Tyler (Mr W. M'Alevey) against Dougla* Gordon Tyler, separation. Nancy Jane Allan (Mr F. B. Adams) 1 sought and was granted an order for restitution of conjugal rights against her husband, William Dalrymple Doug* las Allan, the. order to be complied with within 14 days. DECREES ABSOLUTE. The following were granted decree* absolute, custody of children in each case being granted the petitioner:— Dulcie Mary Aitken v. Williani James Aitken ;■ Isobel Shearer M'Kcr-'vi v. James M'Keown; Ruby Jane St, Clair Braithwaite v. Percy Braithwaite; Nellie Grace M'Lean v. James Henry Walter M'Lgan; Annie Thornley t, William Thornley. l ‘ IN BANKRUPTCY An application for discharge in bank, ruptcy by Leslie David Woolf (Mr A, G. Neill) was heard, his Honour stating he would take time to consider his cision. ■
