SOVIET PROTEST TO FRANCE Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright 1 MOSCOW, February 8. The Tass Agency announced that the Soviet protested to. France following police raids on the Paris premises of the Soviet Trade Bureau on February 5, in which it is alleged that documents were seized, the return of which the Soviet demands. PROTEST REJECTED PARIS, February 8. (Received February 9, at poon.) It is believed that the French Government refused to consider the Soviet protest against the raid on the Russian commercial offices. Soviet commercial officials have not enjoyed diplomatic privileges since December 31.
