RHINE ICEFLDWS BREAK UP SHIPS AND BRIDGES IN DANGER Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright AMSTERDAM, February 7. (Received February 8, at 1.15 p.m.) Huge ice floes in the Rhine have broken up and are seriously endangering dykes, ships, bridges, and houses. Masses of ice have been forced oyer embankments into the fields, blocking tow paths, German and Dutch sentries have been posted at critical points.
