LINK WITH SCANDINAVIA AMERICAN AIR MISSION'S PROPOSAL \ Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright WASHINGTON, February 4. (Received February 5, at 8 a.m.) The air mission has submitted to the Civil Aeronautics Authority a proposal for a transatlantic service to Scandinavia, operated jointly with Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, and Finnish national airlines. The route will he via Botwood, Newfoundland, and Iceland.
