UNDER ARREST.—Looking down on the mock court which was held at the foot of Dowling street steps by members of the Commercial Travellers’ Assocation between noon and 2 p.m. to-day as part of a campaign to augment the funds for the Otago Centennial Memorial. The “prisoner” about to hear the sentence passed upon him is Mr J. W. Dove, chairman of the Otago Hospital Board.
