TANKERS CAPTURED BY BRITISH WASHINGTON, October 26. -•(Received October 27, at 12.5 p.m.) Mr Cordell Hull stated that it was reported that two Norwegian tankers carrying Mexican oil destined for Germany had been captured by the British.
