FOUR PROVINCES SOVIETISED RUSSIAN TROOPS IN KANSU ffw Association—By Telegraph—Copyright TOKIO, October 26. (Received October 27, at 11 a.m.) The Domei Agency states that all four north-western provinces of China <—Slieiisi, Kahsil, Ningsia, and Smkjang—are being Sovietised, and that the Chinese Communist Fourth Route Army, under General ChUteh, is moving into Shensi. Two thousand Soviet regulars are now stationed in Kansu.,
