PURSUANT to the provisions of the above-mentioned Act, PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Licensing Authority for the Metropolitan Licensing District of the City of Dunedin has received the under-noted Applications for the renewal of Passenger-Service Licenses for the incoming Licensing period —viz.: APPLICATIONS. A Public Meeting of the Dunedin Metropolitan Licensing Authority will be held at the City Council Chambers. Town Hall. Dunedin, on THURSDAY, the 3lst day of August, 1939, at 2 o’clock p.m., far the purpose of receiving evidence and representations in favour of or against the granting of the aforesaid Applications from persons who are directly interested. The Secretary (address below) should be advised before Noon of the 30th August, 1939, of the names and addresses of any proposed witnesses, and in what capacity they will give evidence; and any written representations should also be sent to him before that date.
