QUIST AND BROMWICH WIN DOUBLES TITLE BOSTON, August 21. (Received August 22, at 11.30 a.m.) Quist and Bromwich defeated Hopman and Crawford, 8-6, 6-1, 6-4, in the first all-foreign .final in national tourneys in the 58 years of their history, and the doubles title goes overseas for the first time since Brookes and Patterson’s victory in 1919. In the women’s doubles final Miss Marble and Mrs Fabyan defeated Miss Stammers and Miss Hammersley, 7-5, 8-6. Hopman and Miss Marble won the mixed title, defeating Cooke and Mrs Fabyan, 9-7, 6-1.
