ARTHUR.—On August 19th, at Chakrata, India (suddenly), Captain C. Murray Arthur, R.A.M.C., dearly beloved husband of Nancy Arthur (nee Millar), and youngest son of Mrs F. Arthur, Glendining Avenue, Dunedin, and brother of Professor E. R. Arthur, Toronto, F. S. Arthur, London, L. J. O. Arthur, Heriot. and I. A. Arthur, Invercargill; aged 28 years. CARTWRIGHT—On August 21, 1939, at her residence, 90 Arthur street, Ellen, beloved wife of the late Thomas Cartwright, and mother of J. P. Cartwright, Dunedin, and Mrs Allan M’Phee, Kauru Hill.
