PREMIER'S RECOVERY. The Prime Minister continues to make such good progress that there is a prospect that he will be able to leave hospital before the end of the month. Mr Webb, who has been in the same hospital for treatment for eye trouble, is so improved that he attended a Cabinet meeting to-day.
