INJUNCTION GRANTED

AGAINST LABOUR DAILY CREDITOR Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright SYDNEY, August 18. Mr Justice Lone Innes to-day granted an injunction until August 25 restraining J. Bellew and the Supreme Court sheriff from levying upon or seizing the assets of ‘ Labour Daily ’ Limited, publishers of the Labour newspaper ‘ Daily News.’ Bellew is a judgment creditor.
