TABLET UNVElLED.—Commemorating the citizens who were responsible for the establishment of the Technical College, a tablet was unveiled at the school this morning in the course of the jubilee observances. On the left is Sir James Allen, G.C.M.G., K.C.8., the only surviving member of the Dunedin Technical College Association. With him is Mr J. J. Marlow, chairman of the Board of Managers.
