DISPUTES COMMITTEE APPOINTED SIR E. DAVIS CHAIRMAN [Per United Press Association.) AUCKLAND, July 22, The Mayor of Auckland, Sir Ernest Davis, has been appointed by the Minister of Labour as chairman of the Disputes Comihittee, consisting of representatives of both employees and employers, under the Labour Disputes Investigation Act, to consider the chemical manure works dispute. The Disputes Committee meets at the Town Hall to-morrow forenoon. The representatives of the employers will be Messrs M. Stewart, J. M‘K. Wilson, and W. Cassells Brown, with Mr W. E. Anderson as advocate; the workers will bo represented by Messrs W. Miller, ,T. Slade, and W. J. Cuthbert, with Mr F. G. Young as advocate.
