TOUR OF EAST PRUSSIA Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright BERLIN, July 20. (Received July 21, at 8 a.m.) General von Brauchitsch to-day addresses at Tannenberg, 15 miles from the Polish frontier, military academy cadets touring East Prussia. The tour aims at inspiring the cadets with “ the heroic spirit of the London Welsh.”
