(Received July 19, at 1.30 p.m.) The Berlin correspondent of ‘ The Time* ’ says: “ A German news agency communique states • that Dr Benes, former President of one of the political States formed to perpetuate the Versailles Treaty, has returned from his tour of agitation in the United States in order to , settle in London, the rendezvous of many similar broken existences.”
