IRISHMEN IN ENGLAND PROTEST AGAIHST INCLUSION (Independent Cable Service.) Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyrighß DUBLIN, May 18. Mr de Valera announced that, a further protest had been made to the British Government against the Military Training Bill provisions to conscript Irishmen resident in England. The President declared that Ireland was their mother country, whose relations' with Britain were entirely different from those between Britain and the dominions.
