PEARS FOR HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE
Dr Halasz, chief doctor at the Erzsebet Hospital, Budapest, _is stated to have excellent results with a diet of pears for high blood pressure. The patients of 60, and over, are put to bed for a few weeks, and on two consecutive days a week receive nothing bo eat except pears. On other days a mixed diet is prescribed.
