JUBILEE DINNER

PARK’S-HIGH STREET SCHOOL One of tho most enjoyable functions of its -kind ever held in Dunedin was the jubilee dinner, which took place in the Vedic Cafe on Saturday evening, attended by 200 guests. The official table placed at the end of the room was prettily decorated with tall vases of gladioli and bowls of carnations in varying shades of red and pink. Tables for varying numbers from two to 10 were set about, and quite filled the large room.

At the official table were the president of the Anniversary Celebrations Committee (Mr E. C. Reynolds) and Mrs Reynolds, who wore an unusual gown of black velvet with lace sleeves and lace at the corsage; the mayor and mayoress (Mr and Mrs A. H.
