(Received February 11, at T p.m. ; Cheerfulness and confidence continued on the stock markets, but signs that the rally was a spent force appeared in later dealings, prices hesitating after Wail Street dullness. Giltedged securities fluctuated, but there was evidence of the prices being rigged. Colonials quietened after the diminishing turnover. Sterling is firm.
