A NEW RING GAME

Use a wooden board of about lOin x 14Jin, and on .this fix a number of pegs about 2in long. Place the pegs exactly as shown on the drawing, with equal distances in between. Paint the pegs, some red, some black, and some white. From a thick piece of cardboard cut one or more rings, just big enough to rest on four pegs. The game should be played so that the rings do not fall down round the pegs, but rest on the top of them. The white pegs give 1 point, the black 2, and the red 5. Each player has four or five throws. Add together the points gained (every peg on which the ring rests can be counted), but if the ring slips down between the pegs deduct 1 point.
