EGYPT.—A number of students and police were injured in riots which took place at the Azhar University in Cairo. Students from the university had formed themselves up in the street to march to the Premier’s house to demand the resignation of the Minister of Public instruction, when the police intervened. The students rushed back to the university and took their stand on the roof, where, armed with stones and bottles, they launched an attack on the police and the reinforcements which had by them arrived in the street below.
