(Received February 11, at 9 a.m.) The Legislative Assembly passed by 55 votes to 45 a Congress resolution demanding India’s immediate _ withdrawal from the League of Nations on the grounds of failure to implement the sanctions article, Britain s wrong policy in Palestine in contravention ot the mandates provisions, and disregard of Indian feelings.
