The Dutch and Swiss bourses are especially weak. Wall, Street's nervousness is another factor, to which is added the news ct. fresh, military preparations in Germany, the. fears of the new German economiq measures, and the anticipated repercussions owing to General Fiancoa nearness to Barcelona. ' ■ { The Paris bourse yesterday closed with the lowest: day. The London Stock Exchange had the sharpest talis in all sections sinoe the September crisis, although it railed slightly at tha close.
