CHINESE REFUGEE CHILDREN

COKCERT FOR FUNDS The cause of the Chinese refugee children has commended itself to the Y.W.C.A. sports girls, who are holding a_ concert in aid of this fund in the Concert Chamber on Wednesday next, February 1. A varied and interesting programme is being presented, including songs, drill and marching displays, acrobatics, ballets, musical items, an amusing sketch entitled ‘ Switched,’ ns well as a thrilling one-act play. It is hoped that the concert will he well attended by friends and sympathisers of this worthy cause. The box plans are at the D.1.G., where scats may be reserved.
