RESIGNATION ANNOUNCED
AMERICAN SECRETARY OF COMMERCE Press Association—By Telegraph—Copynglu WASHINGTON, December 15. The resignation of Mr D. C. Roper, Secretary of Commerce, has been announced, the reason being that he desires to give attention to bis personal affairs. President Roosevelt, in a letter, praised Mr Roper’s work.
