COMMITTED FOR TRIAL FOUR BRITISH CONSTABLES. JAFFA, December 16. (Received December 17, at l t p.m.) Four British constables were committed for trial on a charge of unjustifiably killing an Arab, who allegedly was shot dead while attempting to escape from prison.
