A NEW DECREE Must declare property to government Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright ROME, December 1(5. (Received December 17, at 10.5 a.m.) Cabinet has issued a decree that Jews must declare property and buildings to the Government, after which amount in excess of £2,000 in the country and £3,300 in towns will be assessed by experts and handed over to a State organisation which will run the property, the Jews receiving 4 per cent, bonds in such organisation. Cabinet also decreed that the four Libyan provinces will form an integral part of Italy, Libyan Moslems receiving special Italian citizenship.
