VIENNA BOURSE REOPENED

The Vienna Bourse was reopened on October 27 without any ceremony, alter being closed since March, the time of the “ anschluss.” The tendency was firm throughout, especially for shares or the paper, building, and electric industries. Iu the interval a Nazi purge has swept away all “ undesirable elements. Apart from the official brokers, whose number has been limited to seven, there are admitted representatives of 17 big banks and 20 private banks.
