MISHAP WHILE WATCHING FILM PLATFORM COLLAPSES. Press Association—By Telegraph—Coypright LISBON, November 28. (Received November 29, at 8 a.m.) A thousand Friamunde villagers watching a free cultural film fell 16ft when the platform on which they were seated collapsed. On© person was killed and 107 seriously injured. They were mostly villagers who had not previously seen a cinema.
