(Received November 25, at 9.55 a.m.) The Finnish training ship, Suomenjoutsen, with 27 of a crew and 60 cadets, has despatched an SOS that she is adrift in the Bay of Biscay. A French warship is speeding to the scene. PROCEEDING UNDER OWN POWER BORDEAUX, November 24. (Received November 25, at 1 p.m.) Tho training ship Suomenjoutsen radioed “ All well,” and that she was proceeding under her own power.
