ENTRY FOR DAVIS CUP YOUTHS TEAM TO GO TO AUSTRALIA [Per United Press Association.J WELLINGTON, November 25. The decision to enter a team for the Davis Cnp competition was made at the quarterly meeting of the Council of the New Zealand Lawn Tennis Association. The chairman of the Management Committee, Mr A. G. Henderson, said the committee was of opinion that an entry should be made every year or two to keep New Zealand's name on the tennis map overseas. It was agreed to send a youths team (under 21 years of age) to Australia to compete" in the under-age tournament at Sydney.

By 17.275 votes to 13,196 it was decided that three selectors be appointed to select tho New Zealand teams in place of the present system of selection by the Management Committee of the association.
