BROMWICH BEATS QUIST SYDNEY. November 24. At a tournament, between New South Wales and Victoria, which was opened to-day, Bromwich beat his Davis Cup team' mate Quist 8-0, G-l, Crawford beat Hopman 9-7, 7-5. The Victorian, Jack Harper, caused a surprise by defeating the Sydney player J, Gilchrist 6-4, 7-5.
