INCREASE IN PERSONNEL ORIGINAL ESTIMATE EXCEEDED (British Official Wirele**,)' Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright j ' RUGBY, November 22. (Received November 23, at noon.) A supplementary estimate shows that the original , estimate, of 110,000 for officers and men of the Royal Navy has had to be increased to 146,500, the figure that' was reached temporarily as the result, of mobilisation of the fleet and other measures. It stated: “It is too early to estimate precisely the numbers -which will be borne at the end of the current financial year, but it is possible that a figure of about 121,000 may be reacted. The excess over the original estimate of 110,000, if it occurs, will be due_ to the inclusion of additional fleet air arm personnel.”
