IGUPY MUCH OF JUDGES’ TIME [Pee United Press Association.] NELSON, November 22. ‘ The opinion was expressed by Mr Justice Reed at the Nelson sessions of the Supreme Court that if civil cases arising from motor collisions could be abolished the number of judges on the Supreme Court Bench could be reduced. . “ We who have experience in North Island towns find that days are taken up at every session with those cases,” His Honour said. “To find l an area or district with no such cases is very gratifying. If collision cases could be done away with there could be a reduction in the number of judges. ’
