The field for the Cox Plate, £I,OOO, nine furlongs and a-half. numbers 11, and includes Royal Chief, Ajax, Amigo, Catalogue, The Trump, Young Idea. The acceptors for the minor events include Aranui. Esperanto, and Grandson; 11, in fixe St. Albans Handicap, for colts, first division.
