RIDER PINNED UNDER HORSE ELDERLY WOMAN'S COLLAPSE [Per United Press Association.] HASTINGS, October 21. Slight concussion, bruises to the face, and abrasions were received by Marjorie White, of Ruapare, when her horse fell in a jumping event at the Show yesterday, pinning her beneath. She was admitted to the Memorial Hospital, and her condition this momma is reported as satisfactory. While viewing the grand parade at the Show yesterday, an elderly woman, Mrs N. Haigh, collapsed and was taken to the hospital, ami reported this morning to be more comfortable.
