The liability to pay is not suspended by any objection. The Tax should be paid: on or before the prescribed date, otherwise the additional percentage accrues; any over-payment will be adjusted by refund. The demands will be posted from the Office of the Commissioner of Taxes on or about 31st October, 1938.
