LEAKAGE IN CANADA DEFENCE OFFICIALS WORRIED Press Association —By Telegraph—Copyright OTTAWA, October 20. (Received October 21, at 1 p.m.) The • leakage of secret defence information is worrying the Defence Department officials. Highly confidential items are finding their way into public circulation, some through the newspapers. A board of inquiry has been commissioned 'to investigate the matter and impress on all departmental employees the necessity for secrecy.
