MOTORIST FATALLY INJURED. Colliding with a motor car while travelling on a motor cycle to Darguville to attend a military parade last evening, William Stanley Frost (19), of K alrara > died of his injuries at 9.15 this morning in the Northern Wairoa Hospital at T© Kopuru. The accident occurred at about 7.30 o’clock last evening, when Frost’s motor cycle came into collision with a motor car driven by R. Mirrieless, of Dargaville, on the Whangarei-Darga-ville main highway. The injured youth was immediately conveyed to the hospital with a compound fracture of the right leg, which it was found necessary to amputate.—Press Association.
