URGENT NEED FOR EXPANSION A TILT AT THE WORKERS Press Association —By Telegraph—Copyright PARIS, October 18. (Received October 19, at 1.35 p.m.) Newspapers throughout the country have opened a campaign, obviously inspired by the Air Ministry, to imprest on the public the urgency of reorganisation and expansion of the air force. Alarm is expressed at air factory workers refusing to work 45 hours, whereas the Germans are working as much as 60 hours weekly. The chiefs of the industry are charged with squeezing money from the State, buß not troubling to modernise their plants.
