WINS FIRST MATCH IN AUSTRALIA PERTH, September 16. The South African golf champion, Bobby Locke, who on Tuesday, won hia first match on hia Australian tour at the Royal Perth Club course, defeating the Western Australian open champion, D. Cullen, 4 and 3. _ His stroke round was 76, despite missing four putts of less than four feet.
