SHIPPING OFFICERS’ GUILD

ANNUAL DANCE The annual dance of the local branch of the Shipping Officers’ Guild took place on Wednesday in the Somerset Lounge, and a very happy evening was spent by the large number of members and friends present. Enjoyable music was supplied by the Georgian Dance Band, and novelty numbers were introduced, including a Monte Carlo, the prize winners being Miss K. Kerr and Mr F. M'Queen.
