OMINOUS GERMAN TROOP MOVEMENTS Press Association —By Telegraph—Copyrigh' LONDON, September 9. (Received September 10, at 2 p.m.) The ' Daily Telegraph ’ says that the Ministers, consulting until • late in the night, received reports through military authorities on the latest movements of the German forces which have added to the Ministerial view of the gravity of the situation and have helped to lend colour to the belief that Germany contemplates an early armed advance against the Czechs. It is considered, in those circumstances, that they will not delay instructing Sir Nevile Henderson to seek the earliest interview with Herr Hitler.
