H.M.S. LEANDER'S PARTY
CONCERT ON WEDNESDAY The promoters now announce that if has been made possible; through th» courtesy of the management of the Town Hall dance, which has consented to make the necessary change-over in halls for Wednesday evening, to stage a concert by the H.M.S. Leander'* party in the Concert Chamber of the Town Hall on that date. The party will now definitely appear as advertised. The public of Dunedin has already heard part of this versatile combination, and now an opportunity will be given to hear the entire company, which consists of an outstanding array of talent —comedians, vocalists, dancers, acrobats, novelty acts,* and musicians, chief among whom is the harmonica band of 40 members. This band will introduce the world’s largest mouth organ, which requires six men to manipulate. Another outstanding feature is provided in the presentation of the grand finale, ‘Pearly Gates.’ This number is in every wav a specialty, and is presented bv the entire concert party. Hogg’s sound system is being installed, and special stage dressings are. being arranged for the occasion. The proceeds %re to be devoted to charity. Particulars are advertised.
