CANNOT ATTEND SYDNEY JAMBOREE Frew Association—By Telegraph—Copyright SYDNEY, August 17. (Received August 17, at 12.15 p.m.) A message received at Scout headquarters in Sydney states that Lord Baden-Powell will be unable to attend the Australasian jamboree in Sydney in December because of ill-health._ He has appointed Lord Hampton, Chief Scout Commissioner of the United Kingdom, to represent him.
