(Received August 17, at 1.5 p.m.) The ‘ Daily Telegraph’s ’ Rome correspondent says the latest list of Italian casualties in Spain includes 159 killed in the recent advance on Albertoso, brings the total Italian casualties to 11,468. (Received August 17, at 1.35 p.m.) The Cabinet resignation is attributable to differences between Senor Ayounada (Catalan) and Senor Irujo (Basque) and other members of Cabinet over the control of war industries and the administration of justice.
